Deirdre Tindall grew up in a home with an entrepreneurial spirit that has followed her to this day. Giving back to the community by working in non-profits led to her passion for causes like Veteran advocacy, suicide prevention and issues facing women and children. Deirdre currently resides in New Hartford, Connecticut.

Nate Grossnickle
Web Design

Nate Grossnickle grew up in a family of five and fell in love with technology when his parents came home with their first computer – an Apple IIGS way back in the early 80’s.  He has been creating diverse and eye catching websites for over 10 years.  He focuses on a simple design with clean lines that is mobile friendly and loads easily.

In his spare time he loves to play tennis, hike the mountains of Colorado and have adventures with his three daughters and wife.

Natalie Harding
Marketing Coordinator / Photographer

Natalie Harding is a photographer who discovered her eye for the art while growing up in Northwest Connecticut, where she continues to reside. Her ability to capture the personality and authenticity of her subjects is evident from her vast portfolio.

Natalie has a love for road trips, reading, spending time outdoors, and deeply values her family and close friends. Her training in massage therapy, yoga, and health coaching reflects her passion for holistic wellness. When she’s not expanding her knowledge or working on projects, you can find Natalie in the kitchen, trying new recipes, and enjoying local foods.

Jessica Sikorski
Graphic Designer

Jessica Sikorski is a graphic designer, illustrator, and artist that is always using her creative skills. She has received a bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Information Design from Central Connecticut State University. When she is not designing, you will find her at the barn riding her horses.

Wil Coughlin
Business Development

Wil Coughlin is a marketing specialist and writer from Burlington, CT. After graduating from Xavier University, his passion for connecting with others and being constantly creative led him to use his marketing abilities for Avon Prime Meats and multiple sports e-commerce companies. Beyond his work, Wil’s creativity pours into his love for writing, music and cooking international cuisines at home.

When he’s not using his creativity or sharpening his knowledge, you can find Wil being active, spending time with friends, or relaxing with a good video game or movie.
